Term Conditions

 

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By registering or enrolling in any program, users (or their guardians, in the case of minors) agree to these terms and conditions. The Academy reserves the right to update these terms periodically.
  2. Confidentiality: All user information is kept confidential and used solely for educational purposes in accordance with privacy laws.
  3. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain respectful communication and behavior during classes. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of enrollment.

For Minors and Guardians

  1. Parental Consent: Guardians must provide explicit consent for minors to enroll in any program. Guardians are responsible for monitoring the child’s participation.
  2. Supervision and Safety: The Academy ensures a safe learning environment but is not liable for any incidents outside of its premises or online platforms.
  3. Program Suitability: It is the guardian’s responsibility to ensure that the selected program aligns with the child’s learning level and interests.
  4. Payment and Refunds: Fees for minors must be paid by the guardian. Refund policies apply as per the Academy’s standard procedures.

For Adult Learners

  1. Enrollment and Participation: Adult learners must ensure they meet the prerequisites for the selected program. Active participation is required to gain the full benefit of the courses.
  2. Payment Policies: Course fees must be paid in advance. Refunds are processed according to the Academy’s refund policy, subject to valid reasons for withdrawal.
  3. Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory to maintain enrollment. The Academy is not responsible for missed classes unless prior notice is provided.
  4. Certificate Issuance: Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the program, provided all assignments and assessments are completed.

For Instructors

  1. Contractual Agreement: All instructors must sign a contract outlining their responsibilities, payment terms, and duration of employment.
  2. Content and Delivery: Instructors are required to adhere to the curriculum provided by the Academy and deliver lessons in a professional and engaging manner.
  3. Code of Conduct: Instructors must maintain ethical standards and treat all participants with respect. Any form of discrimination or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
  4. Payment Terms: Payments are made based on agreed terms in the contract. Delays or disputes must be addressed promptly with the Academy’s administration.
  5. Intellectual Property: Any materials created by instructors for the Academy remain the intellectual property of the Academy unless otherwise agreed.

Termination of Agreement

The Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment or employment in the following cases:

  • Violation of terms and conditions.
  • Non-payment of fees or failure to fulfill contractual obligations.
  • Breach of ethical or legal standards.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between the Academy and users (students or instructors) will be resolved amicably through mediation. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
